Separate a referral from property management work
Referring a Neural customer differs from managing an owner’s property. If you also provide management services, record the responsibilities, covered units and percentages in the property partnership agreement. Check ledger entries before treating a commission as available.
Neural referrals: 10% of each approved plan payment
The referrer receives 10% of each approved Neural plan payment from referred accounts. Registration through the referral code or link establishes permanent first-touch attribution. An eligible BRL 100 payment creates BRL 10 in pending commission, not an immediate withdrawal.
Owner referrals: 2.5% of eligible marketplace bookings
The referral commission is 2.5% of the paid booking value for properties belonging to referred owners, included in the platform’s 10% fee. Bookings must be paid and not cancelled. An eligible BRL 1,000 booking creates BRL 25 in referral commission. This does not apply to every Airbnb booking.
Partnerships, release and disclosure
Property partnership agreements specify their own percentages. The ledger separates pending, available, paid and cancelled amounts. Release requires human review, with payment through registered Pix details. This page promises neither a payout date nor income. Disclose that you may earn a commission and check the current terms in the app.
